Road Closure

‘You may have all seen the road closure signs around Haversham (junction with Old Wolverton Road) & Stonebridge (junction with Newport Road & V6 Grafton Street) roundabouts for works taking place between 8.12.22 and 16.12.22.

We have investigated further and found that all the works are scheduled for working between the hours of 0930-1630hrs.

For the first week access can be taken to Old Wolverton Road but the link between the two roundabouts will be closed over those hours.

For the second week (12th - 16th Dec) there will be NO access for travel between Haversham & Wolverton/Old Wolverton/New Bradwell or towards CMK during the same hours!

The diversion for that week is to go out of the top end of Haversham- turn right to Old Haversham - B526 (Gayhurst Road) turn right to Lathbury - Newport Pagnell - New Bradwell- Stonebridge roundabout. Please also note that there is a shorter diversion by turning right at Little Linford into Newport Pagnell though that’s not officially shown on the diversion mapping.

The closures between 12-16th will affect buses bringing children home from schools.

The closures apply to ALL vehicles but there may be exceptions for emergency vehicles’.
